These General conditions are formulated according to the Spanish law, specifically, to Civil and Trade Codes:

These terms and conditions together with your confirmation order constitute the contract between the seller, Jose Seligrat Casero- SERVITRONIC Torrent – website www.ppcaraudio.com - and the buyer.
SERVITRONIC Torrent reserves the right to make total or partial modifications without notice. These modifications are not retroactive regarding goods and services previously contracted.
The order confirmation by the buyer means the agreement to these terms and conditions.
To place an order, the buyer must be over 18.

PRICES AND WAY OF PAYMENT

The prices published on this website include I.V.A
SERVITRONIC Torrent reserves the right to modify without notice, any product, special offer or price published on this website.
The prices on this website can be different from prices on our shop located in Torrent.
Any mistake in web advertisement will be informed to the buyer. In case the buyer does not agree, SERVITRONIC will refund the amount paid.
The obligation sale depends on the product availability. In case of end of stock, the order will be cancelled and no compensation can be demanded. If some amount has been paid by the client, SERVITRONIC will refund it.
Users have free and open access to this website, although, SERVITRONIC reserves the right to restrict some information and special promotions for registered users.

By credit card (of any bank): by choosing this method of payment, you are sending to a safe payment gateway (SSL).

Cash on delivery (available after SERVITRONIC acceptance): by cash payment at the moment of delivery. SERVITRONIC reserves the right to keep the good property until the buyer pays the total amount. This service means a 4% over the total price.

Invoice: SERVITRONIC will issue invoice in the name of the person or company indicated by the buyer. The invoice will have details, reference, price and I.V.A of item or service. For deliveries, the invoice will be attached to the goods.

DELIVERIES

Postage and packing published on this website are valid for Spanish peninsula. Please consult about deliveries to Canarias and Baleares Island, Europe and countries all over the world, on +34 96 156 58 00 or at info@ppcaraudio.com
Allowed days for delivery since your order is confirmed (not included Saturdays, Sundays, and holydays):
- Spain: 2-6 working days
- Europe: 3-15 working days
- Rest of the world: 3-20 working days
Special terms of delivery will be communicated in advance by SERVITRONIC.
The goods will be sent once the order has been completely paid by the buyer, except for cash on delivery.
In general, carriers do not establish a specific schedule for delivery service, so the customer should have this into account. In other case, customer will have to get contact with carrier in order to agree on a new date of delivery. If goods can not be delivered because of the buyer, the carrier will be able charge additional expenses to him.
In case of non-fulfilment of the allowed days for delivery by SERVITRONIC, the buyer can choose to cancel the order getting the paid amount.
Client has to ensure that the address for delivery is correct.
The goods always travel with an insurance that covers the 100% of their value.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The buyer has allowed 7 days at the latest, onwards receipt date, to return the goods.
The buyer has to return the item attaching copy of invoice.
Return charges will be met by the buyer.
Only goods in perfect conditions (original packaging, brand new and complete accessories) will be accepted by SERVITRONIC.
SERVITRONIC has allowed 15 days to check the return goods and to notify the buyer possible damages.
SERVITRONIC does not refund broken down goods or damaged packaging.
In case of damaged or incomplete goods, SERVITRONIC ´s after-sales service will apply a devaluation according to the diagnostic.
If these return conditions are not fulfilled by the buyer, SERVITRONIC will return the goods to the buyer and the buyer will pay the delivery expenses.
SERVITRONIC will send the goods or refund to the buyer as soon as possible the assessment will be completed by the technical service.

Any return will be valued by the company and it will accrue minimum 40 Eur. maximun 200 Eur as a technical, administrative or/and freight expenses.

GUARANTEE

SERVITRONIC´ s products are under guarantee from the selling date and the guarantee is established by the manufacturer of each product ( minimum 1 year ). This guarantee observes the Spanish Civil Code with regard to Legal Guarantee and The Guarantee Law.
-The goods will be delivered according to the manufacturer´ s features and accessories.
- SERVITRONIC can repair or change the damage product.
- Guarantee only will be valid when the buyer use the product just as the user´ s guide shows.
- The changed product will enjoy the remaining guarantee of the original product.
- The guarantee is not applicable to consumables, such as batteries…
- The guarantee will not be applicable in case of: wrong use, throwing, crash, natural catastrophe, atmospheric phenomenon, act of vandalism, transportation damage, wrong supply, user negligence or wrong maintenance.

Repairs: in any case, the buyer will pay the postage and packing for damaged goods.
With regard to goods out of guarantee, the minimum cost for repairing will be of 30Eur.
Transportation damage: the buyer has to communicate any damage or anomaly to SERVITRONIC in 12 hours from the receipt of the goods. The buyer also has to write down the incidence in the carrier´ s delivery note. 

CONFIDENCIALITY

In observance of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, SERVITRONIC guarantees a safe purchase and informs:

- The company keeps an automated file with clients´ s personal details and guarantees data´ s safety and confidentiality.
- SERVITRONIC gets the data file by means of customers who access the company´ s services and products.
- The company can use this file to send to the clients any information about the company´ s services or products.
- The client has the right to ask for his personal details included in the SERVITRONIC´ s data file in order to modify or cancel them.
- SERVITRONIC will not transfer this data file to any other company or person without client´ s prior authorization.

To sign up as a user/client of this website, means that the user/client authorizes SERVITRONIC to keep his data to arrange his order and to send information about SERVITRONIC´ s services and products.
The user/client undertakes to save the confidentiality of his password. SERVITRONIC will not be responsible for its wrong use or negligence because of the user/client.
